From the Rundown

New Jersey Town Make a New Umpire Rule

What happened? A Little League in New Jersey has come up with a unique way to deal with parents and fans that berate umpires. If you're caught mistreating an umpire, you'll be required to umpire three games before being allowed back at the complex. The idea behind this is to help people understand the challenges of umpiring and make them uncomfortable who harass officials.

From the Rundown

MLB is caught editing video

What happened? Announced by Dugout Report: Jomboy Media caught the MLB masking fan's signs to help protect Oakland A's Ownership.

Dugout Report provides the side-by-side.

If you liked that article, you can subscribe to the Rundown newsletter here. It's like the Tiger Rundown's second cousin twice removed. We don't know how they're part of the family but we're glad they're here.

I'm exhausted from typing out the 1st place finishes. I think I'm going to take a nap after this one.

See you next week.
