The Albuquerque Rawlings Tigers Baseball Club is a nationally aligned youth baseball organization dedicated to the holistic development of players—on and off the field. Our mission is to provide young athletes with the highest-quality resources, coaching, and competitive opportunities to help them grow as players, teammates, and individuals.

We believe that great coaches develop players at an extraordinary rate. By equipping our coaches, players, and families with modern tools that support development, promotion, and communication, we create a professional, organized, and supportive team environment that allows athletes to thrive.

Our players are expected to be challenged. Growth happens outside of the comfort zone, and we intentionally create a culture that is positive, accountable, and structured, where players learn to play the game hard, take responsibility for their development, and maintain a strong learning mindset. These principles help our athletes succeed not only in baseball, but in life.

We compete in local and regional tournaments throughout the Southwest and beyond. We consistently place our players in competitive environments that test their skills, strengthen their mental and physical resilience, and prepare them for the next level.

Our coaching staff is made up of dedicated leaders who share a commitment to teaching baseball fundamentals, fostering a passion for the game, and developing well-rounded athletes. We believe winning never comes at the expense of integrity. Instead, we emphasize discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and respect—values that shape confident, capable young adults.
