Rawlings Tigers NOVA - 11u is an AA team based in Woodbridge, VA, centered on building a strong foundation for young athletes as they develop and grow within the game. Guided by our core values - Prepare, Execute, Achieve - we focus on teaching players how to approach the game the right way while continuing to elevate their skills in a competitive environment. At this level development is our top priority. We emphasize proper fundamentals, situational awareness, and consistent effort in every practice and game. Players are taught how to prepare with purpose, execute with confidence, and learn from each experience as they adjust to a higher level of competition.
