Background:
I began coaching when my son played TBall as an assistant coach in 2019 and later became Head Coach. I have been Head Coaching since and have a total coaching background of 8 years.
Personal Experience:
I have played baseball for 14 years including a few years of High School and Select baseball.
Coaching Goal:
My goal is to continue to build each and every athletes skills and knowledge that will prepare them for the next level.
I feel it is important to teach the players to be great on and off the field.
Expectations:
Players should expect to show up and be prepared to play at high level every game and have an open mindset to gain knowledge and growth throughout the season.
I expect players to show up at practices and games giving full efforts every time, lead by example practicing good sportsmanship with other team mates/opponents and coaches.
