Coach Dillon Heuertz brings a passion for teaching, leadership, and player development to the Rawlings Tigers organization. With two years of coaching experience, Coach Heuertz is dedicated
to helping young athletes build confidence, accountability, and a strong foundation in the game of baseball.
Originally from Meriden, Kansas, Dillon competed in three years of high school baseball. Before his competitive career through four years of competitive slow-pitch softball. His experience as both an athlete and coach has shaped his belief that success is built through preparation, discipline, and consistent effort.
The values of integrity, teamwork, resilience, and leadership developed throughout his life continue
to influence his coaching philosophy today. His goal as a coach is to create an environment where players are challenged to grow, encouraged to compete, and supported as they learn both on and
off the field.
