I approach coaching based on age group and what skill level we start at and what goals we want to be at by the end of the season. I’m a big fan of getting the fundamentals down and building on those fundamentals to better the team. I’m a hyper competitive individual and I understand that the kids like to have fun playing the game but I’m also a realist and understand that the team has more fun when they win.
