1. Key Focus: High and Low Pitches – Proper Hitting Posture

Keep eye plane the same regardless of pitch height.

Do not let pitch dictate body movement → eyes stay level, hands adjust.

Firm front side maintained at all times.

Avoid collapsing on low pitches and rising on high pitches.

Priority: Eye level and tracking > barrel flatness through zone.

2. Weekly Preparation

Players must watch video on hitting posture for high/low pitches before practice.
3. Week 6 Practice Itinerary

Format: 5 stations, 10 minutes each + 1 final group station (10 minutes).
Stations:

Group A – Big Cage: BP rounds, hold all finishes, review checkpoints. Pitchers mix in high and low pitches.

Group B – Cage 4 Drill Work: Front toss focusing on high and low pitch adjustments.

Group C – Cage 3 Power Development: Punching bag and tire work.

Group D – Cage 2 Velo Station: High tees, low tees, max-out swings.

Group E – Cage 1 Core Strength: Split-stance rotational toss into wall (6 x 8, alternating sides, 10 lb).
4. Equipment / Setup Notes

Hack Attack machine, L-screens, multiple baseballs.

Tees for high/low tee drills.

Heavy balls, tires, punching bag for strength development.

Medicine balls (10 lb) for rotational tosses.
