The Rawlings Tigers Aten program is built on positivity, player development, and team-first culture. In less than a year together, our team has already won back-to-back tournament championships, but our focus goes far beyond wins and losses.
We believe in coaching without egos, developing fundamentally sound players, and creating an environment where teammates support one another and compete the right way. Our goal is to help young athletes grow both on and off the field while preparing them for success at the high school level and beyond.
Our team plays fall and spring baseball, trains throughout the winter, and competes in approximately 12-14 tournaments annually, including one out-of-town event. We ask players to prioritize the Tigers during the spring season, while remaining flexible for athletes who participate in other sports during the fall.
