Rawlings Tigers 14U AAA – Team Information

The Rawlings Tigers 14U AAA is a competitive travel baseball team focused on player development, strong fundamentals, and preparing athletes for the next level of the game.

Our program is built for serious players who want to compete against top competition while continuing to grow their skills, baseball IQ, and teamwork.

Competition Schedule

The team competes in a AAA-level travel schedule, including:
• 10+ regional tournaments throughout the season
• League play in Chesterfield, facing strong local competition
• Opportunities to compete against high-level travel programs across the Midwest

This schedule provides players with consistent game experience while maintaining a focus on development and preparation for high school baseball.

Coaching

The team is led by a former college catcher, bringing advanced knowledge of the game, especially in areas such as:
• Game strategy and situational awareness
• Defensive leadership and communication
• Pitching and catching development
• Mental approach to competitive baseball

The coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, preparation, and accountability, while creating an environment where players can push themselves and support their teammates.
