* Tapping a notification now takes you straight to the right screen.
* Messages replied to by email now show a "Replied by email" note.
* Renamed "Calendar" to "Schedule" in the menu, plus design and layout fixes.

Unfortunately, my spring season was cut a little short when I broke the pinky finger on my right hand on June 22nd. But, I still got to play 53 games before that! Recovery is going well.
