1. Event RSVPs — Know who's coming.
* RSVP "Going" or "Not Going" on any team event — from the event page, right on the schedule cards, or with one tap from your email.
* Coaches & directors: see who's responded (and who hasn't) on the event screen, get RSVP counts on every schedule card, and send an RSVP request to everyone who hasn't answered.
* Get an RSVP summary emailed to you ...

* Tapping a notification now takes you straight to the right screen.
* Messages replied to by email now show a "Replied by email" note.
* Renamed "Calendar" to "Schedule" in the menu, plus design and layout fixes.

Unfortunately, my spring season was cut a little short when I broke the pinky finger on my right hand on June 22nd. But, I still got to play 53 games before that! Recovery is going well.
